How can I report a bug or contact Planter support?

Uncovered a bug in Planter? Have feedback you want to share? We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience.

Report a bug

  1. Select Settings from the menu bar

  2. Scroll down and select Report a bug (under the Info section)

  3. Follow the steps in the Report a bug wizard- write a brief description of the issue, include a screenshot (optional), and sign up for email updates on the issue (optional)

Send feedback (contact support)

  1. Select Settings from the menu bar

  2. Scroll down and select Send feedback (under the Info section)

  3. Draft an email to the Planter team (be sure to note the email address that you use for your Planter account)
