How can I use notes and events in Planter?

Use notes to record details about your plants and your observations in the garden.

Use events to keep track of garden happenings and to-dos: watering, weeding, harvesting, and more! Notes and Events can be added to a garden or to specific plants.

Garden notes and events

  1. In your garden, select the notes and events icon Notes and Events icon

  2. Select the + button

  3. Select an Event Type from the dropdown

  1. Enter the applicable quantity under Value then select the related Units (if you used the Note Event Type, there is no quantity to enter)
  2. Enter additional details under Note, if desired
  3. Select the related Date and time
  4. Select Save

Plant notes and events

  1. In the garden, select the plant you want to add a note or event to

  2. Select the Notes tab

  3. Select the + button

  4. Select an Event Type from the dropdown

  1. Enter the applicable quantity under Value then select the related Units (if you used the Note event type, there is no quantity to enter)
  2. Enter additional details under Note, if desired
  3. Select the related Date and time
  4. Select Save

Delete notes and events

  1. Long press on the note or event you want to delete
  2. Select Delete
